Drive File Request stores your Google account identifier, email, name, encrypted OAuth tokens, public link settings, and upload status records.

Uploaded files are temporarily stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and then transferred to the link owner’s Google Drive. The temporary copy is deleted after a successful transfer.

Public uploaders do not need an account. A keyed hash of their IP address may be retained for abuse prevention. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the application.

The site measures visits and product steps (signing in, creating a link, uploads arriving, checkout) with PostHog in the EU, through this domain. It keeps a random id in your browser and never sees the contents of uploaded files.

Your email address receives upload notifications, billing receipts, and a few account reminders: when your free day is about to end, when it has ended, and when someone reaches a link that is closed. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe.

Disconnecting Google disables all links, removes stored Google credentials, and signs out active sessions. Existing files in Google Drive are not deleted.

Contact the application operator to request deletion of remaining account metadata.
